Every batch in our system carries a complete audit trail. When you log in, you see exactly which farmers grew the cherry, which cooperative washed or dried it, the ECX lot reference, quality grade, and the full chain of custody to your warehouse.

01 Farm Collection

Cherries collected from registered smallholders with GPS-tagged plots. Farmer ID, harvest date, and volume recorded.

02 Processing

Washed or natural processing at the washing station. Lot tagged, weight recorded, and moisture levels checked.

03 Quality Grading

Green grading, cupping score, moisture analysis, and defect count. Full quality report available in your document vault.

04 Export & Shipping

Container stuffing, Bill of Lading, phytosanitary certificate, and ICO certificate generated. Live tracking link provided.
